Welcome to new1b. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by new1b — whether through the website new1b.best or our mobile app — you hereby agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and new1b ("Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use new1b's services and are asked not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) new1b account only. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, identification number, IP address, or device — is a direct violation of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances and winnings held in those accounts may be fully forfeited without prior notice.

By registering, you agree to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information provided at registration is sufficient grounds for new1b to close your account immediately. New1b reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason. new1b's decision in this matter is final.

All financial transactions on new1b are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. new1b accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

New1b does not cover any transaction fees that may be charged by payment service providers. Please check with your bank or digital wallet provider regarding any applicable fees. All deposits made are final and non-reversible once funds have entered your new1b account.

New1b members may withdraw their cash balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name and verified by new1b.
• Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This requires you to submit a copy of your MyKad and proof of bank account ownership.
• Any bonus balance that has not yet satisfied the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

The following general terms apply to all new1b bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus carries wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus value or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 20x means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value).
• Valid Period: All bonuses have a specified validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the set timeframe will expire automatically with no compensation.

The following general rules apply to all games on new1b:

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the new1b system. No appeals will be entertained after results are displayed in your account's betting history.

• The member was found to have registered more than one account.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, new1b reserves the right to hold any account balance while an investigation is carried out. If the investigation confirms that a violation has occurred, the balance may not be returned.

New1b provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties or representations regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. While we make every effort to keep the new1b platform running 24/7, occasional technical disruptions are entirely beyond our control.

New1b's liability to any member is limited to the value of the actual cash balance in that member's account at the time of the claim. new1b is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Any financial decisions made based on information displayed on the new1b platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses arising from disruptions to your own internet connection or device.

New1b makes no guarantee that you will win in any game. All games involve real financial risk, and the decision to play is entirely your own choice and responsibility.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it was first reported to new1b, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
